	The products with special size or features will be not listed in our catalog, please contact us, we do special orders for you.
Minimum Orders
	Acceptance of orders is subject to a $1000 USD minimum charge.
Prices and Terms
	FOB, CIF price prevailing when your order is received will apply. Volume discounts are available for a variety of products. All prices are FOB point of shipment and are subject to change without notice. Quotations expire in 30 days unless otherwise advised in writing. Customer will be responsible for all import permits and licenses, and payment of all import duties and customs fees. Published or quoted prices do not include sales, use, excise, or similar taxes. All applicable taxes must be paid by the purchaser.
Payment Policies
	Two ways to make payment on your account: 1)Wire transfer , Email us for instructions on where and how to wire funds for payment. The amount of the wire transfer must equal the amount of your order. Your order will be processed upon verification from our bank of the wire transfer, so be sure to instruct SAFEON as soon as the wire is accomplished. 2) Letter of credit , A confirmed, irrevocable letter of credit is often used for larger orders. It can be placed with our bank in the amount of the order. Be sure that your letter of credit stipulates that ALL bank charges are the responsibility of the buyer, and that NVOCC shipments/bills of lading are permitted.
Return of items
	We take extreme care to fill, check, re-check, and pack every order. If you find errors or damaged goods, please inform us within 30 days, we allow you to return all the errors or the damaged.

WARNING: The installation of replacement parts or components in elevator and escalator equipment should be performed only by a trained elevator mechanic who is familiar with the operation and control of the system being repaired. Improper installation may endanger the installer, the public, and the equipment.
